1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NOXO LLC website, purchasing our digital products, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the service.

2. Digital Product License

When you purchase a digital product from NOXO LLC, you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial projects. You are strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or sharing the original source files, directly or indirectly.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

Subscription plans (Pro, Business) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize NOXO LLC to charge your payment method. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NOXO LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Service Delivery Rules

For custom digital services (e.g., Web Development, UI/UX Design), timelines are estimated. Both parties agree to communicate efficiently to ensure timely delivery. Service payments are milestone-based or upfront as discussed via the invoice.
